In Pursuit of the Perfect Purple Pout: Part II

Good to know that I’m not the only one partial to a purple pout. Stylist Magazine recently got a bit violet.

Just a bit of an update as the hunt for the perfect purple lipstick continues. Thanks to everyone who’s made suggestions. I’ve discovered a few more potentials. One thing that has become very obvious is how inaccurate the pictures that brands have of their products online are, often looking completely different in the flesh.  Thank god for real people swatching.  I’ll be putting some up shortly. Anyhoo here are some more purple lipsticks to check out.

    MAC’s rebel is the closest I’ve ventured to purple- this takes it to a whole new level and one I’m not sure I could pull off!

      I’m generally a nude or peachy lip girl but for some reason I’ve become obsessed with purple lipstick! I’ve just ordered one from Sleek – fingers crossed it will look good in real life!
