Wonderlusting Wellbeing: Letters To My Future Self Weekly Agenda

New year, new stationery! I received this book over Christmas and thought I’d share as I think it’s actually a neat idea.

Letters To Myself Weekly Agenda review

I keep diaries and notebooks for planning and organising my somewhat hectic life. However I haven’t actually recorded my thoughts and experiences since I was a teenager. Cue Dear Diary moments.

The Letters To My Future Self Weekly Agenda is a hardback, undated calendar with weekly prompts to briefly record various memories and feelings. You don’t have to write reams and reams just jot down a postcard.  If you don’t have the inclination to journal daily, it’s a low pressure way to pause and reflect. You then seal it up and open and re-read at a future date like a little paper time capsule.

I rather like that this doesn’t require hours of thought but you can just jot down a few thoughts that capture you right now.

There’s also a few pages of stickers. And we all know everything in life is better when there are stickers involved 🙂

Do you keep a diary with your innermost thoughts and darkest secrets?

Letters To My Future Self Weekly Agenda, by Lea Redmond, RRP £12.99 but if you search at all good bookshops I’ve seen it for much less.
