As I’ve mentioned before I have a cleanser problem. Cleansers are my favourite skincare purchase (closely followed by oils) and I always have a stash that I’m working my way through.  I’ve somehow managed to acquire a few more since that last post. However my cleansaholicism is so raging that there is always a long list of cleansers that I’m lusting after. Below is the my current wish list and why I want to try them:

 CLEANSER WISH LIST

AURELIA PROBIOTIC SKINCARE – MIRACLE CLEANSER

Why? I’m intrigued by this probiotic concept in a cleanser and have read so many rave reviews. It sounds like using it is a very pleasurable and sensual experience.

Aurelia Probiotic Miracle Cleanser
Aurelia Probiotic Miracle Cleanser, 120ml, £34.oo

COSMETICS 27 CLEANSER 27

Why? I love a balm cleanser and I like the font used for the ‘Cleanser 27’ bit on the packaging (yes I’m odd). I generally get on with French skincare and this is very French “bio vitalising” et all with a chic Lab Coat vibe that just looks like it would be effective.

Cosmetics 27 Cleanser 27
Cosmetics 27 Cleanser 27, 125ml, €60/£55

EMMA HARDIE AMAZING FACE – MORINGA CLEANSING BALM

Why? This is a Holy Grail balm cleanser for so many it feels like an itch I have to scratch!
Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm
Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm, 100ml, £34.00

Why? The original popped my cleansing balm cherry and even though I haven’t used in a while it will always hold a special place in my heart. This new rinse-off cleanser sounds like an interesting development that could be handy for travel.

Eve Lom Morning Time Cleanser
Eve Lom Morning Time Cleanser, 125ml, £40

KAHINA GIVING BEAUTY – FACIAL CLEANSER

Why? I like a glossy black bottle and it uses Argan oil which I haven’t seen in a cleanser before. Kahina is apparently named after a Berber Queen and a percentage of the profits go back to the Berber women who do the hard work of extracting the argan oil.

Kahina Facial Cleanser
Kahina Facial Cleanser, 200ml $56/£45

MAY LINDSTROM – THE HONEY MUD

Why?  I love the packaging and just very intrigued by this very spendy brand. Cleansing silk sounds lush doesn’t it? I was actually really wanting to try the other cleanser called The Clean Dirt but I think the mud is more suitable for my skin.

May Lindstrom The Honey Mud
May Lindstrom The Honey Mud, 100ml, $80/£64

THE KONJAC SPONGE CO

Why? Cleansing with just a sponge no cleanser? Got to try this at least once!

Konjak Sponge
Konjak Sponge, £6.99

TRES PURE FACE CLEANSE

Why? It looks like washing powder…for the face. The ingredient list looks very appealing too – simple without any fillers and including rice powder, fennel seeds and rose petal powder.

Tres Pure Face Cleanse, $45
Tres Pure Face Cleanse, $45

Have you tried any of the cleansers above? Any others that you’re desperate to try?

Happy Cleansing!

Great – I’ll have a look. I’ve just got the Aurelia overnight serum and it’s such a lovely range…trying to resist the cleanser until i’ve used up some of what i have. Thanks!

[…] As you can see I love balm and oil cleansers and have tried a gazillion though I’m always on the lookout for new ones. The Shu Uemura and Pai Camellia and Rose Gentle Cleanser are repurchases. I’m aware that I don’t actually need to buy another cleanser until Prince George hits puberty and I am going to try hard not to buy any new ones for a while. This doesn’t stop me lusting after new cleansers though. Look out for a forthcoming post on the cleansers I’m chomping on the bit to try next. […]

I was eyeing up the May Lindstrom range today – will have to wait until I win the Euromillions though!

[…] Cream: I was trying to resist  buying the acclaimed Emma Hardie cleansing balm which is on my cleanser wish list so of course I ended up buying the most expensive hand cream I’ve bought. Very nice but not […]

Lovely list. I’ve used the Aurelia Miracle Cleanser and prefer it as a weekly enjoyment rather than daily cleanser. May Lindstrom Honey Mud worked better for me as a mask than cleanser, I could never get it off completely and it led my skin to big red angry spots. Kahina is really good and one I love very much. I think you would enjoy the DeMamiel Balm cleanser after giving Emma Hardie a try, better ingredients and the smell is gorgeous. Have you also heard of Yuli? They have a cleanser that is brilliant that you should look at as well.

Great – thanks for the feedback. I’ve recently heard about Yuli but doesn’t seem to be available in UK – it sounds lush. You’ve made my wish list longer!

Wow, that’s some wishlist! I highly recommend the Aurela Miracle Cleanser, and the Honey Mud is a great treat…although I’ve only tried a sample of that. The Clean Dirt is amazing though! Not a cleanser in a typical sense, more an (awesome) exfoliator.
